Additional information of bituminous coal constant-torque Gieseler plastometer(2.1)

Bituminous coal constant-torque Gieseler plastometer         Bituminous coal fluidity equipment

This description is a technical description, and the purpose is to supplement the relevant technical description about " bituminous coal constant-torque Gieseler plastometer " in the product manual. The content in the description contains the empirical guidance of our technical and maintenance personnel. In actual use, it is also necessary to comply with the specific requirements of "Plasticity Determination of Coal - Constant Moment Ji Type Plasticity Apparatus Method GB/T 25213-2010" (hereinafter referred to as the "National Standard").

1. Definition of terms

Fluidity: The national standard is "dials per minute". A measure of the rotational speed of the stirring paddle, used to express the measurement results of fluidity. Each full rotation of the stirring paddle 360° is divided into 100 dial degrees. The total number of dial degrees rotated by the stirring paddle per minute is its rotation speed dd/min (DDPM).

Initial softening temperature: the temperature when the stirring paddle speed reaches 1dd/min (DDPM) for the first time and then reaches at least 1dd/min (DDPM).

Generally speaking, the conditions for generating initial fluidity must be a continuous collection time of 2 minutes. If the fluidity in the first minute is >1DDPM, but the fluidity in the second minute is <1DDPM, this does not count as generating initial fluidity. Only when it is still >1DDPM in the 2nd minute can the initial liquidity be considered to be generated. The initial fluidity temperature is the temperature at the first minute.

Maximum fluidity temperature: the temperature at which the stirring paddle rotation speed reaches the maximum. This data cannot be generated until the entire measurement process is completed.

Final fluidity temperature: the temperature at which the stirring paddle rotation speed finally reaches 1DDPM. Because the fluidity speed is measured in minutes, it is impossible to collect exactly the moment when it finally reaches 1DDPM every time. Therefore, the final fluidity temperature is the moment when the fluidity drops back after the first collection, and the fluidity is 0DDPM < fluidity < 1DDPM. temperature.

Solidification temperature: the temperature when the stirring paddle stops rotating.

Plasticity range: the difference between the solidification temperature and the initial fluidity temperature.

Maximum fluidity: the fluidity value when the stirring paddle rotation reaches the maximum.

LOG value: The value after rounding based on the rounding method of "maximum fluidity" in the national standard. Rounding method: the logarithm of the maximum fluidity with base 10, taking 2 decimal places.

Assume: maximum mobility position X, that is, LOG value = log (X)

Our company's bituminous coal constant-torque Gieseler plastometer is also called bituminous coal fluidity equipment, bituminous coal Gieseler measuring instrument, bituminous coal Gieseler fluidity equipment. It is divided into bituminous coal single furnace fluidity equipment, bituminous coal double furnace fluidity equipment.
