Feature 4: The furnace structure simulates the single-hole carbonization chamber of the industrial coke oven. The furnace walls on both sides can be heated independently. Carbonized silicon bricks that are resistant to extreme cold and heat are used to improve the heat transfer efficiency and ensure the sensitivity of temperature regulation.

Feature 5: Silicon carbon rods are arranged on both sides of the furnace wall, and the control program executed by the computer controls the temperature of the furnace walls on both sides separately to improve the temperature control accuracy.

Feature 6: Equipped with the exhaust gas environmental protection purification device independently developed by our company. The high-efficiency combustion in the cavity and the rear water film injection method are adopted to achieve pollution-free emissions.
