Coke sample preparation system (with grinding ball) 

The coke sample preparation system independently developed by our company, while retaining the advantages of the original equipment technology, has adopted a more novel design process in the structure, material and control system, so that its degree of automation, ball rate, the qualified rate is higher than the previous generation of products.

Making coke pellets is a tedious work. In order to reduce the labor intensity, optimize the balling process and improve the balling effect, our company according to GB/T4000-2017"Coke reactivity and strength after reaction test method", according to the relevant requirements of the sampling method stipulated in GB/T1997, the coke sample preparation system was designed and produced. The system belongs to mechanized ball making, which can eliminate the man-made factors in the sample preparation process, increase the representativeness of sample preparation, unify the shape of the sample, and truly reflect the thermal performance of coke. The sample preparation system has the advantages of high yield, reduced labor intensity and improved hygienic environment in sample preparation. The surface area, size and shape of the sample are basically uniform, which meets the repeatability and reproducibility of the test.

The coke sample preparation system is composed of four modules: Coke reactive sample preparation machine (TT-JZYHSA-01) , coke reactive sample grinding machine (TT-JMXNSA-01) , purification dust collector (TT-AECCNSA-02) and console, simple operation, convenient maintenance, more stable test data.

1. Coke reactivity prototype (TT-JZYHSA-01) :
