The equipment has a high degree of automation and stable test data, which completely solves the key factors affecting the accuracy of coke reactivity data: ①The dynamic constant temperature zone is long enough; ②The gas flow rate is accurate enough; ③The specific surface area of the coke ball is consistent.

1. The heating element imported from Sweden is used, which can be used for more than two years without frequent replacement of the furnace wire. The furnace adopts a three-section type, and the upper, middle and lower sections can be replaced separately, thereby greatly reducing the cost of spare parts.
2. The PLC control system adopts German Siemens S7-200SMART control system, which has high reliability, strong anti-interference ability and stable operation.
3. The gas adopts a high-precision mass flow controller, and there are monitoring and alarms for both high and low pressures. The double furnace equipment has the function of automatically switching to another bottle when the gas pressure is insufficient. Even under the premise of unattended, it can ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
4. The temperature of the test furnace is measured by a single triple-core galvanic couple, and the temperature of the heating body and the upper, middle and lower sections of the sample are monitored in real time.
