A special instrument used to measure the colloid layer index of bituminous coal (the maximum thickness Y of the colloid layer, the final shrinkage X and the volume curve). This instrument completely adopts computer network control, microcomputer control panel and high-precision temperature controller with intelligent PID control to control the temperature rise curve of the equipment. This instrument fully complies with the technical requirements of the national standard GB/T479-2016 "Method for Determination of Bituminous Coal Colloidal Layer Index", and the software running environment is Windows 10 system.
●Technical characteristics of bituminous coal colloidal layer tester
1. Two-way communication between the computer and the controller enables comprehensive monitoring of the control equipment.
2. Automatically control and display the heating temperature of single or double furnaces. Automatically measure and display the shrinkage of single furnace or double furnace coal samples.
3. Automatically display the power used by each furnace; automatically fill in the front and rear furnace temperatures.
4. Automatically draw the volume curve of a single or double furnace, the curve of the furnace temperature changing with time, the upper and lower rubber surface curves, and calculate the maximum thickness of the rubber surface.
5. Alarm at the inflection point of the volume curve, which can be modified on the settings page.
6. Manually detect the data of the rubber surface and input it into the computer through the keyboard to save it. A reminder will be issued every 5 minutes, and the reminder interval can be modified on the settings page.
7. Automatically calculate test results and print out test records and reports. Store previous test data for query and printing.
