Personal profile of Professor Zhao Junguo

Zhao Junguo, former professor of Liaoning University of Science and Technology. He is the research assistant and closed disciple of Professor Zhou Shiyong, a well-known authoritative expert on coal coke in my country and the founder of "Applied Coal Petrology". He once co-authored the monograph "The Properties of Coking Coal and the Quality of Blast Furnace Coke" with Professor Zhou.

 In 2010, Professor Zhao successfully developed the world's first truly automated coal and rock analysis equipment based on the previous research of Professor Zhou, and put it into production. It has been more than 10 years and has been widely used in: national arbitration institutions , the internationally renowned SGS testing agency, Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., Shougang Group (Beijing Technology Research Institute), Baowu Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. and nearly 400 coal chemical companies, which have been widely praised by the market! It is a well-known brand in China's coal industry!

Achievements obtained:

The second prize of Metallurgical Science and Technology Progress Award in 2017 (provincial and ministerial level).

In 2015, the second prize of Anshan Science and Technology Progress Award.

In 2011, the second prize of Hebei Science and Technology Progress Award.

He has published a monograph "Properties of Coking Coal and Blast Furnace Coke Quality" and more than 10 papers.
